We work exclusively with Swiss Post for the processing of domestic shipments, for international shipments we use La Poste. Our packages are packaged anonymously, in neutral packaging. The sender appears on behalf of ZDKK SA.

Under certain conditions, we may use another carrier without notice.

Products that are available in our warehouse in Switzerland are shipped within 24-48 hours. 

Products that are available in our Duty-free warehouses shipped within 3-5 working days. 

Shipments to the rest of Europe are generally dispatched within 2-7 working days. 

Shipments are processed by our transport partner Swiss Post and then shipped as Post Pac Priority.

Yes, under certain conditions, that your country accepts packages from Switzerland, that the destination country has no trade restrictions with Switzerland. For European orders, a fixed shipping rate is established. For countries outside of Europe, please contact us for a shipping quote. (info@lintimo.ch)

Packages sent by Swiss Post are guaranteed. In the event that your parcel is lost or damaged in transit. In this case, you must go to a post office and fill out the appropriate forms. We are not responsible for the package as soon as it is handed over to the post office for processing.

The payment methods accepted on our site are indicated during "checkout".

We offer payment by invoice through the company PowerPay. In this case, PowerPay is fully responsible for handling the invoice. We have no way of answering questions relating to payment by invoice. If you have any questions, please contact PowerPay directly.
